Just had a light bulb go off in my head.  I think DHs moms bday was the 20th or 22nd.  Whatever day it was, its her 60th this year.  Ugh.  Crap.  I have a feeling he'll be playing the 'I had to work' card.  Poor guys been working overnights every other night the last 2 weeks.  I still feel like crap though that I think we missed it.

    Yikes, that's a big one! Hopefully she didn't take it too bad...Did no one do anything big for her? Party, dinner, etc? Maybe you haven't missed it. Hopefully.  Either way, good luck!
    We have so much time, and so little to do! Strike that, reverse it.

    I feel horrible about it, but I'm not sure exactly what day it is/was.  Ultimately it was his call what he wanted to do for his mom, so its more on him than me...but still...crap.  The family tried to do some sort of party or something, but her 4 kids live all spread out (TN, SC, VA, MA) and none of us are in a good position to travel (we're newlyweds/broke/no time off, 2 of the others are expecting babies soon).  DH should at least be able to call from work tonight so I can ask him what the deal was.  For all I know he sent her flowers or something and we're fine.  If not, I'll let him make that call.
