What are your Thanksgiving plans? Wed night we are having dinner in Lafayette with my family. Thursday my in-laws are coming to our house.
What dish are you looking forward to the most? MH is making my grandmother's oyster dressing. I can't wait!
Are you cooking anything? What? Yup. I personally am making Christen's goat cheese & spinach tartlets, homemade rolls, corn, mac & cheese and pear crisp. MH is making the turkey & gravy, oyster dressing and carrots.
Any family drama that you anticipate (we all know the crazies come out around the holidays!)? Of course. My entire family is effing nuts. That's why we get them out of the way early. But if we can make it through Wed night with no one losing an eye, it will be smooth sailing!

What are your Thanksgiving plans? Going to John's brother and SIL's house, with my parents.
What dish are you looking forward to the most? I can't chose one, my SIL is an amazing cook and I'm sure she's going to pull out something awesome.
Are you cooking anything? What? We're bringing two types of mashed potatoes, because my mother doesn't like garlic. I'm also making parker house rolls
Any family drama that you anticipate (we all know the crazies come out around the holidays!)? I think it's already happened, involved the crazy aunt and my dying grandmother, not good.

What dish are you looking forward to the most? mac and cheese, one of my favorites! The brussels sprouts are pretty delectable too!
Are you cooking anything? What? I'm cooking Carnie Wilson's Fall to your knees mac and cheese (heaven, google it!!), brussels sprouts, spinach and goat cheese tartlets, ginger pumpkin chocolate truffles, and pumpkin banana mousse tarte

What are your Thanksgiving plans? Daytime I am going to My aunts house, Night time his Grandparents house.

Any family drama that you anticipate (we all know the crazies come out around the holidays!)? my aunt and moms fighting so it should be interesting, Now my mom says she doesnt want to go.
What are your Thanksgiving plans? Going to MH's maternal grandmother's house for dinner and then to his paternal grandmother's after that for more dessert.
What dish are you looking forward to the most? Mawmaw's chicken and dumplings
Are you cooking anything? What? Cookies. Yes cookies and not pie. I don't really like pie. Or any other Thanksgiving foods for that matter so I'm making something I like!
Any family drama that you anticipate (we all know the crazies come out around the holidays!)? I don't think so but only because it's MH's family. The drama already started a few weeks ago back home.
What are your Thanksgiving plans? going to D's aunt's at lunchtime, and then stopping by my gma's on the way home
What dish are you looking forward to the most? fried turkey, pumpkin pie, my gma's oyster dressing and my nana's cornbread dressing and pecan pie
Are you cooking anything? What? unfortunately this year I'm not.. Dusty is frying the turkey though, so at least we are contributing somewhat.
Any family drama that you anticipate (we all know the crazies come out around the holidays!)? i expect d's gma to have something to say about us and D's immediate family going to his mom's side for T-giving this year, even with his mawmaw just passing away 3 weeks ago, and there is always drama that occurs on my side of the family, but i will be missing out on most of it..
