Restaurant recs near North Station?
I'm taking DH out to the Celtics game on Friday and we'd like to grab a bite to eat beforehand. Something not too fancy but decent. I used to like this place called Anthem but I see that it has closed.

Anthem is now called Johnnie's On the Side. I heard it was ok. I haven't been so I really can't say how it is. I have been to DJ's on Friend Street and it's really good. The Grand Canal on Canal Street is good too. I've also heard that the Flat Iron Grill on Merrimac St. (in the Bulfinch Hotel) is really good too. HTH!

I actually work right above Johnnie's on the Side. It's a fun bar but the food is just OK. DJs has really good food - as does Beer Works on Canal Street.
Over the Charlestown bridge is Max and Dylan's - I love that place!
