Our corn casserole is from the owner of the company, it's amazing and really easy.

2 boxes of Jiffy corn mix, 1 cup sour cream, 1 Green onion dip mix, 3 eggs, 1 stick melted butter, 1 small can of green chiles, 1 can corn, undrained, 1 can creamed corn. Mix everything together and bake in 2 quart dutch oven at 350 for 1 hour.

It's soooo good and perfect.

I guess I haven't had the "best" Green bean casserole...how do you make it?

Re: *Becky*

  • That is the one my mom makes.  Ooooh that makes me want to make it.  Sounds sooooo yummy!

I just make the green bean casserole super simple....2 cans of green beans, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, bake for about 30-45 min on 350.  I just put it in the oven and watch for it to get bubbly.  Put the onion things on the top and it's done.

You still wouldn't like mine. lol

  • lol...I'll give it another shot if it's available. I guess green beans are the one vegatable I cringe at, too. lol
