If you're going to stay in the Muncy/mall area, I'd recommend Haywoods in "downtown" Muncy. Awesome food, huge portions. There's also Orlando's in Muncy. (http://www.orlandosonline.com/home.html)
Hull's Landing is decent too.
If want to branch out to Montoursville, The Mill on Broad St. is good.
And if you'll be swinging by Williamsport, I'll have lots more recs.
