It's been so windy since yesterday evening! I'm shocked our power lines are still up! I am thinking of venturing out but the wind makes me want to stay inside and sleep.

    Yeah I was thinking the same thing.  The wind here has been like this for 24 hours now at my place.  I went out last night for dinner and it was crazy.  Think I'll stay in today until it dies down.

    It is wicked windy here on the island today. We are going to be going to the main land and I was hoping to shop but I don't think that is going to happen.

    I have been sick since we got here. Yesterday it rained all day and today the wind. We have no choice but to venture out but it really is the last thing I want to do. 

    I am off now to a yummy Popover breakfast at my IL's. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

    Sorry your sick.....what kind of sick? B is sick too....cough, slight fever, congested in the head. I think it's the flu.

    I had company for the day that wanted to learn how to quilt so we quilted all day.  Which is awesome because I was working on a baby quilt and I have everything but the borders done on the quilt after just starting it.  It's so much more fun with someone to work with!

    i know! It was crazy yesterday morning. I wanted to do a trial run for my 10k next weekend, and i didn't because i thought i would get blown away! LOL

    So.... now i have to do it this morning.
