IHO Redshoegirl's deal below, post your Black Friday deals!
- Used my 40% off coupon at Ben Franklin's craft store and got a rubber stamp set that I wanted! I had another 40% coupon and made DH use it to get a Hawaiian stencil that I can use. I will be making cards with both of these items for Christmas presents.
2. DH got a navy blue pinstripe suit at Sears. Jacket was orignially $150 and he got it for $72; pants to match was $ 32 (forgot what original price was). So he got a great suit for a little over $100! He also got a nice pair of black jeans for $9.99; original price $24.99
3. We both got great tennis shoes for a little over $50 for both!
4. DH got me a black leather multi compartment crossbody organizer for $14.99! Great for shopping; won't need to hold a purse in my hands, just wear it across the body.
5. Got 2 "Hello Kitty" stamps sets make Christmas cards with.
Best part about it: we left home at 6:50 am and got home about 11:30 am!

We got this HD camcorder for $540-ish with tax & free shipping. Regular price is $800 + tax.
I also braved the outlets and was basically able to get $58 back on the Kate Spade diaper bag I bought 2 weeks ago. Otherwise, I only bought 1 thing, a Kate Spade wristlet that I'll probably give away for Christmas, even though I love it and kinda wanna keep it for myself.
those are some great deals
we looked at ads and didn't see anything worth going out for... of course having the baby made it less appealing to go out and brave the crowds too!

I did not intentionally shop Black Friday deals. That said, I've been wanting to get some crafty projects done for the nursery...decoupage letters for Libby's name to hang on the wall, sew new basket liners for the baskets we're using to organize her things, and finally make the bird mobile with little stuffed fabric birds.
I went to JoAnn's fabrics and it was a zoo! Rightly so! In addition to major markdowns, they offered 20% on the entire purchase to all shoppers before noon. So I got $100 worth of stuff for $50 with the markdowns and the 20% discount. I've already finished her letters and am halfway done sewing the birdies. I'll finish the rest today and go for a walk by the river and hopefully find some great branches to attach them to for the mobile. I have enough fabric remaining that I could sew her a quilt, but I am not sure if I have it in me. I have never made one before....
