lisa-hope that you and the twins are doing well....just thought i would check in with you and see how your allergies are doing-i had a major flare up this thanksgiving weekend-dry windy weather-santa ana conditions, and eating all the things that aggrivate my allergies and all i can say is YIKES!!! anyway i have been flushing my nose with saline solution twice a day and I thought of you because it really really helped....i think the name of the system we used was ayr saline nasal flush-just thought i would pass it on....
btw did you leave farmville?

My allergies have actually been OK lately - still there, but not killing me. Whatever I'm so insanely allergic to around our old place and Ben's parents doesn't seem to grow at our new one, so YAAAAY! It still blows, but at least I'm getting some sleep at night now.
And yup, I quit Farmville - and a ton of other FB games - COLD TURKEY, BABY! Lol, I was just spending sooooo much time on them, I decided that's it - I need a break!
