Need more vibes and T&P's please!
I can't have too many requests for vibes and T&P's right??
One of our good friends A started going into early labor at 25 weeks, so she was admitted to a hospital and put on strict bedrest to try and get her and the baby to try to postpone the labor for as long as they could. She ended up delivering Baby B at 28 weeks, and had to have an emergency c-section. He was born 11/20, weighed 2lbs 11oz and was 14" long.
He was sent to the NICU and put on a tube to
help him breathe and IV's to help feed him. They've now found out he has a heart condition
and has been sent to UCLA for surgery. He had to have his first blood transfusion last week and an
ultrasound to look at his brain. It sounds like he's going to need many more transfusions, so M and I are heading out that way either tonight or tomorrow to donate blood to help him out.
Baby B sounds like he is one tough little guy so far, but please keep him and his mommy and daddy in your T&P's and send them as many healthy vibes that you're able to. Thanks ladies!
