If you have a Keurig, share your thoughts please

Likes, dislikes, pros, cons, where do you buy your k-cups, favorite coffees/teas/etc. Thanks so much!
Re: Keurig - reviews?
I am interested to hear everyone's reviews. We are looking into the Keurig for DH's new office. We thought that would be the best solution so that he does not have to make a whole pot of coffee.
We had pretty much ruled it out for the house though. For how much coffee we drink (at least 1 pot per day...sometimes 2 on the weekend), it would be way too expensive. I would think that if you are a minimal coffee drinker it would great.
I saw that they have 3 different models at BB&B. We are trying to figure out which would be the best for him. The mini model is a great price but it only holds enough water to brew one cup of coffee. The other two seem to be very similar...I have to check out the differences between them both.
My mom has one and it's great when we are all home for the holidays and want different kinds - like my brother and I only have decaf, DH had hot chocolate, and my mom had her regular coffee. It's really nice and it does a great job. I forget which model my dad bought for her but it's one that is good for holding a decent amount of water because she will have several cups.
My mom shops around for the best prices of the cups, sometimes are BJs and sometimes other places with coupons and sales.
I have the special edition model and LOVE it! I too bought it at Kohl's when I had a 30% off coupon. It has a large water resevoir and can brew three different sizes. Apparently it's programmable but I've never done it.
I typically buy my K-cups at BB&B with my 20% off coupons. There are a few websites too...www.coffeegiant.com is one of them.
If you like a particular type of coffee that isn't made in K cups you can buy this basket thing that allows you to put in loose coffee and brew it through your Keurig. I think it's $15 but would cut down on the cost of K cups.
Apparently Weis Markets has a Classic model on sale for 69.99 right now. It may be a made-for-Weis model as I can't find it on their website. My mom saw it and said it has the resevoir and three brew sizes.
You can't go wrong with a Keurig!
Thanks girls! I'm glad to hear all positive reviews. DH and I made an impluse buy yesterday...QVC had the new Platinum QuietBrewer as the TSV and after watching the darn hour long "presentation" we ordered it, lol. We were kind of second guessing ourselves this morning since we really didn't need a new coffee maker since ours isn't even two years old and wasn't exactly cheap (although cheaper than the Keurig). But I really do think we'll love it once we get it and start using it. We typically only drink coffee in the morning, but occasionally we like a cup in the evening and sometimes brewing even a few cups is a pain and we still end up wasting some. This will be our Christmas present to each other.
This is the one we're getting in the pretty Cinnamon color

It was a pretty good deal (it was about $10 cheaper yesterday and on easy-pay, lol). It comes w/ 48 k-cups and the little cup/filter thingy that lets you use your own coffee, plus a filter for the water reservoir Suzanne, maybe your DH would like this model? It is available in Platinum and Black too. Thanks again ladies, I can't wait to get it!
Hey just thought I'd say if you like a certain kind of coffee you can buy the K-Cups from coffeeforless.com - my husband is in love with the coffee people's donught shop coffee (he drinks one cup a day) so I buy it by the case -- it ends up being cheaper because more come in one of their boxes (24 in an individual box vs 18 at bed bath and beyond) plus you get a bulk discount and usually if you look around you can find a 5-10% coupon.
Oh and if I didn't have a Keurig I would have bought one of those from QVC-- they are so quite, mine is loud! I do love it though mainly because I only drink tea and the hubby drinks coffee it is perfect for us!
warning - Keurig makes you a coffee snob! And you get used to getting your coffee in less than a minute!
We love ours. We buy our Kcups online from either Green Moutain Coffee Roasters or Coffee Giant, and we always buy enough for free shipping. I like the flavored coffee - GM caramel vanilla creme or Gloria Jean's Butter Toffee are my two favorites. I also like Tully's or GM Kona blend for unflavored coffee.
I'm more of a traditional tea person, so I'm not big on tea out of the Keurig, but I do sometimes use it as a hot water dispenser for my tea bag when I'm in a hurry.
If you like coffee I agree with pp this will make you love coffee!! I would spend a little more though and not get the super basic model... that is what I got for Christmas last year and I would love to upgrade!
Where do you find your 20% coupons for bb&b???
I'm on their mailing list so they mail them every so often either as a postcard or with a little magazine. I'm sure you can sign up on their website. I have 4 right now that I need to use. They are either 20% off one item or $5 off a purchase of $15 or more.
