I saw this recipe and thought of ya'll. Weren't you the ones who like quinoa a lot? I think I may try it for dinner tomorrow night, if I can find quinoa. Where's it normally located at the supermarket? I looked near the rice and couscous at Kroger and didn't see it, I might try Albertson's.

I always see quinoa in the cold part of the produce section at Winn-Dixie. Near the dressings and bagged salads.

This is legal advice. Circa 2011
Also check on the aisle (usually the baking aisle) where you can find the brand "Bobs Red Mill." Bob's has bagged quinoa.
Those of you who are trying (or thinking of quinoa) for the first time, it is super important that you rinse it super well in warm water before actually cooking it. If you don't it will be incredibly bitter, and you'll never eat it again.
Thanks for the tip! I'm going to try this tomorrow night. If I can find it.
