Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Supposedly he'll start tomorrow...
we shall see. M told me tonight he is going to start eating better and even start exercising WITH me tomorrow. I'm hoping he means it this time. He needs this more than I do at this point. I've heard this so much honestly it's hard for me to believe it anymore. He even bought a pair of sweatpants to wear, now hopefully he'll actually wear them for that reason and not to sit on his fat butt.

He informed me yesterday that he is going to do a fasting... Good luck with that buddy, no eating for 24 hours would make me a raving loon
