Brrrr...it's cold out there!
Good morning! I was surprised to see frost on my car this morning. It was kind of mild last night. I wish the weather would make up its mind!
I did some online shopping last night and got some great deals at DSW.com. The only thing I have left to get on my Xmas list for other people is giftcards and some small stuff for H. I hope to be done by this weekend so I can start wrapping.
Next on my list is Christmas cards. We got our first one this weekend and it made me panic...it wasn't even December yet! Are you sending out Christmas cards? H won't let me send out picture cards because he said they're 'stupid and gay', so we're just doing regular cards.

Ugghh, Christmas cards....I don't think I"m doing them this year. I like picture cards though b/c you don't have to handwrite them

I have another head cold which I'm not happy about, It took me forever to get over the last one. It could be he lack of sleep I got over the last few days and now I'm run down. I just hope it goes away soon.

I love picture cards! I tend to keep the picture cards around a lot longer then the generic boxed card sets. We sent out a picture card every year. I liked your picture card from last year! Bryan is a scrooge.
I had frost on my car and refused to scrape it. So I turned my car on with all the appropriate frost removers on high and went back inside. This made me late for work. I stand by my choice though.
Today the people from up north are coming down to observe me. FUN! So it's going to be a very long day followed by a glass or bottle of wine tonight.
It WAS freezing this morning.. I watched the news this morning so I knew what I was in for, but I wasn't ready for it.
I was just thinking about how I don't want to send out cards this year. If I do, I'm only doing a few... not as many in years past. My H would never do picture cards either, so I understand. I think picture cards are best with babies and animals... I don't want my mug on one!
I'm sending out Xmas cards soon...but that is because I am finishing up my wedding thank you's, and I'm going to put them inside the Xmas cards to our family and close friends to save on postage!
I LOVE picture cards and wanted to do one with our pups this year, but DH said the same as yours did Izzy...so I gave in this year (also because our thank you cards have our pictures on them, didn't want it to be overkill), but next year I'm going to make him do it!

2012 Reading Challenge
i'm sick and twisted and have finihsed my xmas cards already. except for one or two stragglers. I have three waiting for confirmed new addresses. I did them the friday of turkey weekend. I wish we could have gotten picture cards this year but i think they are too expensive, it would have been at least a dollar a card and i we send out over 30, so instead i went with Hallmark cards at the xmas tree shop for 4.99! yah!
i love having the garage, no frosty car. but still very cold.
