Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Update on DH's accident-- DH is doing well, just some random achiness here and there, but otherwise back to 100% thankfully. Thank you all so much for the T&Ps and vibes--Novembies really do make positive impacts!!!
My car has finally been deemed a total loss by the insurance (yay!, sad, but really what we wanted to happen based on the amount of damage). Now we're just waiting to see if the insurance give us as close to the actual value of the car as possible.
I've requested some quotes on a new car, and they've just started to roll in. So far it looks promising (based on what range/monthly cost I'm looking for). I'm getting hopeful that things will work out (I have been kind of nervous that the prices would be too high for me).
Keep your fingers crossed that I can get a great deal on a new car!!! Any vibes you can send are greatly appreciated!

Honda Accord
I've always liked Hondas, and I used to have an Accord. Based on how well it did with protecting DH during the accident, there's no way I'd get something else!
I had the world's oldest and most beat up Honda Civic when I was in college. I loved that car. I'd definitely buy another!
