Ugh, I am so frustrated!
I can't have any "visible" tattoos while I'm working at the bank. I have 3 tats, a tramp stamp (not the issue), an anklet, and one on the back of my neck. My hair isn't long enough to completely cover the neck one, but most people can't see it even if I wear a Tshirt or tank. Apparently, the bank vice president CAN see it. I pulled up my collar today when she said something to me, but it wasn't good enough, and I had to cover it with band aids for the rest of the day.
She also commented on my anklet (I had on a skirt, but wore black nylons). I'm not going to wear band aids all over my ankle every time I wear a skirt.
Anyone have any good tattoo cover up products that won't make me look like I've just come back from combat?
Re: Tattoo cover up?
I know that Kat Von D sells a tattoo concearler through Sephora that I have heard mixed reviews on. Those who say it works great say that it takes some practice but overall works well if used correctly and is water/sweat proof. I have no experience with it but do have experience with Dermablend which is GREAT....

I don't have any tattoos but I can't believe they want you to put BANDAIDS over them. That's even more of an eyesore than anything!
I heard a commercial for this on the radio the other day: http://www.wreckingbalm.com/
I've heard dermablend works you can order it from ulta. How well it works I don't know, they seem to have a few different kinds.
As for the anklet - I think it's wierd that she was staring at your ankles but anywho - what about wearing black tights instead?
Thanks ladies. I'll look into that stuff.
Wreckingbalm is supposed to REMOVE the tattoo, right? I don't want to get rid of it permanently, just hide it while at work.
On my wedding day I went to Sephora in a panic because I had a giant black bruise on my upper arm. (I got beaned by a falling ironing board.)
The ladies there were very helpful and tried a few concealers on me, but my skin tone (ghostly white) is hard to match.
Eventually, they gave me a Make Up Forever concealer that worked really well. It's quite thick, but it didn't look like I had a skin issue.
I'll go home and check it out, but I think that's the right name.
OMG I had no idea! Wendi, don't do it! i just heard it on the radio ... have no personal experience with it. Karrey knows best.
Sorry for the bad advice, lol.
