Last night I had a turkey pizza sandwich- leftover turkey on whole wheat ciabatta with pizza sauce, a slice of cheddar and a sprinkle of asiago, warmed in the oven.
?Tonight I have zumba and I'm going to bake an apple gingerbread cake, so if I have enough time/can wait long enough, I'm going to have roasted beets with goat cheese. Otherwise cream of wheat, my new favorite easy food, with milk, raisins and brown sugar.?
