**Chicago ladies**
For those of you who have the i-pass, how often do they not work? We had purchased one because we can use it through IL, IN, and now Ohio and it was quite comical/FRUSTRATING when ours didnt work. We were sitting at one with the gate and it wouldnt go up at all. Come to find out its our windshield so we have to get a license plate one, but the ladies at the rest of the IL tollbooth acted like this happens alot and just scanned it when we handed it to them.
I give you ladies credit for putting up with all that stuff

We don't go on them that often but I don't recall ever having that problem. That is so odd, re: the windshield.
I don't think I've ever had a problem with it not going through. 99% of the time I go through the 'open road tolling' so I just assume that it takes. If not then I'm sure I would get some letter in the mail.
FWIW: I hate living in IL with the stupid tolls!!
Neither MH nor I have ever had any problems with our I-Pass. Hopefully it won't be much of a hassle to get a license plate one now that you know what the problem is.
