Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Facebook status update
Guy updates Facebook relationship status after being pronounced Husband and Wife. Effing hilarious, and I KNEW I should have kept my Blackberry hidden in my bouquet!
I'm friends with everybody in this office. We're all best friends - I love everybody here. But sometimes your best friends start coming into work late, and start having dentist appointments that aren't dentist appointments. And that's when it is nice to let them know that you can beat them up.

I already mentioned this to you, but that SO reminds me of cdobs' twitpic in the limo on her wedding day. You kids and your blackberries.
I was so anxious to check/update Facebook after the wedding. I snuck downstairs to the hotel computer the next morning while W was still sleeping to make my update. A few friends were like "What are you doing on facebook? yadda yadda yadda" Like the internet ceases to exist right after tying the knot.

Also, Mames, I find nothing wrong with sneaking out of a hotel room where your newly pronounced husband is lying asleep to change your relationship status on FB. Any normal woman would. We all know that nothing is official until it's on Facebook. Therefore, your marriage wasn't valid until that update. Right?
Exactly! Completely invalid until the FB was sufficiently updated. I don't even know why I bothered messing with the DMV and SS office. Changing my name on FB should have been enough.
Dobsy does win for having the fastest posted wedding pic. I had to wait like an entire day for the rest of people to get tagged in wedding pics! Agony!

Love it! Maybe after seeing this my husband will realize I'm not the most addicted to FB!
Although, I gotta say, I remember someone posting on TK on her wedding day with something like, "OMG I'm getting my hair done right now!" And I thought it was totally weird to be on TK on your wedding day.
