So very jealous of your fried turkey gumbo. I did not get any fried turkey this year and I always make turkey gumbo after thanksgiving. It's so delicious. If we've ever had enough people to where I know the turkey was gonna be all gone at Thanksgiving, I would make my family fry two of them when I was younger so we could make gumbo. So very jealous...

ha that's exactly what we did! I bought all the fixings for gumbo when I went shopping for the Thanksgiving items. And everyone kept saying "I think you'll have enough with one turkey" and I kept saying "no I won't because I'm making gumbo!!"
I have a little turkey left in the freezer for a small pot at some point
