DH had a KB home before we got married and we sold it just before the wedding. The quality was cheap, the neightborhood was scary, and there were a lot of things that were just done poorly and caused repair problems for us . I would never buy a KB home again. HTH
all of this. Of friend of ours bought one and it was awful. They sold it and moved somewhere else about a year later.
