TGIF! Weekend plans?
Woot for the weekend!
Tonight we're having dinner with BFF and her fiance - yay!
Tomorrow we're going to get out tree!! Woohoo!!! Then the rest of the weekend will be spent finishing the Christmas decorations. Now it just needs to start feeling more like Christmas around here

Tonight- after work, I'm heading to the mall (specifically, Lenscrafters) to see if they can fix my glasses... the kitten chewed the lenses and they have nice puncture wounds all throughout the lenses. Ugh.
Tomorrow- Bodypump class in the morning, pampered chef party that night at a friend's house
Sunday- driving DH to the airport to rent a car for his business trip & then swinging by my parents so I can run the dog on the beach. My friend is having an open house for her chocolate shop so I'm going to hit that up as well
This sounds dangerous!
Tonight, we're cleaning in prep for the tree. We've been going non-stop for the last 2 weeks and you can tell by looking at our house.
Saturday, I'm doing a 5k in Boston with one of my coworkers, murray is getting groomed (thank god) and we're getting our tree.
Sunday, we'll probably do some decorating. My parents are coming in so MH and my dad can work on the broken drawer in the kitchen and they'll stay for dinner.
Indeed it does!
Dangerous and delicious! I think I need a friend with a chocolate shop.
This weekend I want to spend time cleaning and getting some shopping done. I'd like to bake some cookies too if I have time. I feel like there is so much to do!
Tonight - Grocery shopping.
Saturday - Cleaning in the AM then families are coming over to see the house in the PM.
Sunday - Getting our tree, then I have a baby shower, then decorating tree.
Adoption Blog
I get out of work at 12:30 (thank goodness!) and I'm going right to BRU to get the gift for the shower, then going to the gym and then to rehearsal until 9. Tomorrow we're cleaning the house in the morning, putting together the shower gift then I'm going to the shower at 1. Then DH and I get our tree yay! Sunday is football of course but in the early afternoon I'm taking my Grandmother Christmas shopping. Sun night I have to finish costumes for the play next weekend. Looong weekend. I'm tired just thinking about it!
So many holiday type plans- I love it!
Tonight I'm supposed to go to a girls night out/ going away dinner for one of my good buddies who is moving to north carolina. But she's sick, so plans are up in the air. I hope it doesn't get cancelled! We're supposed to go to Tangierino and I'm so looking forward to it!
DH is working all night tonight, so while he's sleeping tomorrow morning I'm going to get my nails done, then when he gets up we're going to get our tree and do all the decorating! Tomorrow night I have another girls night dinner for a friend's birthday. We're going to Rendevous in Central Square- I'm excited to try it.
Sunday some friends are coming over to watch the Pats game and just spend some time together.
I'm excited for the weekend and spending some time with DH
Today: run to Michael's for another wreath form, then go home and continue my Christmas crafting.
Saturday: go to CT and hit up the church craft fairs with mom, go support my friends' paperie at one of the craft fairs. Then a living nativity, and a birthday party.
Sunday: church, a tree festival reception, another craft fair, come back to MA and have dinner with a bunch of cousins.
And somewhere in there we'll throw in decorating our house (I think we'll get the tree this week!
) and working on the Christmas cards. And bake some cookies- or maybe I'll do that all next week.?
I'll hit the gym after work and afterwards DH and I have plans for dinner and a movie at home. Not sure what DH is cooking but we will be watching Up.
Tomorrow we have a guy coming to look at our fireplace. Another guy coming to look at our microwave and then later in the day we are getting the carpets cleaned. Hopefully in between all of that we will be crossing some things off our to do list around the house. We are finishing up renovating and we are hosting a holiday party in a few weeks, so that is our motivation to get it all done ASAP.
Sunday we are getting our tree....yay! and decorating the inside/outside of the house. Well besides football. I hope to fit in some shopping too since Nordstrom is having a card holder sale at night.
