So my period wasn't scheduled to start until Monday. Well, it started today, (unknown to me). I thought I was having the pre-period cramps, nope they are the real deal. My problem: I was in a meeting this morning and just went to the bathroom. This came out of nowhere and my panties are ruined. Let's just say that it's so bad that I'm glad I wore my black pants today and not the tan ones I originally planned on wearing.
My issue: the closest thing to me right now is a CVS. Will it be weird to buy new panties from there? One, they are not going to be washed and two, what if they only have those high wasted granny panty type things? I just hope they have low waisted. Finally, what do I do with my ruined pair? Throw them away in the little napking disposal cans or take them home and attempt to get them clean?
Very random I know but I NEED to do something.

not that it really matters but they were a brand new pair from VS and I'd feel weird leaving panties at work. I know nobody would know they are mine but's just weird.
Then I think, what if we get pulled over and the cops search my bag. That's even more awkward!
Ugh, I'm sorry. Been there, had that happen. Not fun.
Honestly, I'd get a pair because wearing the ruined ones will make you feel more self-conscious all day. That's me. I wouldn't care for the idea of wearing them without washing them, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
And in this case, I've thrown my ruined ones away in the napkin disposal can.

I hadn't even thought that you'd use a tampon, sorry, so yes on the pantyliner! (I can't use tampons - they cause a LOT of pain for me.)

I have to admit though, I got a pretty good chuckle out of the thought of you being pulled over and your bag being searched....
