Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anybody that sews...
Recommend your sewing machine, please and thank you! My grandma is getting me a new one for Christmas, I've had mine since high school and LOVE it but its super outdated. I really want to be able to do EVERYTHING and the price range is up to $500 (she gets a big discount at JoAnns b/c she worked there for a looooong time).

I think I have a 1/2 decent Singer from Walmart... but I would have gotten one with a computer on it. I'm thinking I might want to get a serger, but... I'm only into straight lines and more small quilting stuff.
