Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Recommend your mortgage loan company...
Ugh so we were with this one company but it went under and we were transfered to Bank of America... well we decided we should Streamline our FHA loan with the lender to lower our monthly payments.. did all the paperwork correctly, got preapproved and locked into a better rate saving us at least $175/month only to find out they denied our application. Well the lady lied to us and said that we still qualified and they were working to reinstate the application and that there was an error in reading the paperwork and now they would just fix it and call me back. Never called me back. I called back a week later she put me on hold for 10 minutes and said "Oh I can't get in touch with my supervisor can you call me back in 2 hours?" EXCUSE ME? CAN I CALL YOU BACK?
Well now I call back today 3 days later and she says "oh I'm terribly sorry but they JUST changed the FHA streamline rules 2 weeks ago and now it looks like you'd have to pay the closing costs and for an appraisal."
WHAAAATTTT?!!?!!?!?!?!
Needless to say i'm looking for a new lender.
