Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey! I think I am. I've only been to one nestie GTG thing (you are talking Nestie, right?), but it sounds like fun. You going? We should finally meet!
And since we live ridiculously far away from each other now, sounds like good middle ground!
ETA: We should make stephriz go with us, too!

You're up North right? I haven't been to any but I'm in serious need of friends- I've been here almost two years and still haven't really met anyone (like at all). So I guess it's time that I quit being anti-social and put myself out there. Although, I'm not really known on the Austin board (I did receive the evite though!) so I figure if you were going at least one person can vouch for me as a nestie!
I'm pathetic.
DH and I relocated to Georgetown due to my new job in Temple, but we're trying to keep our social life in Austin. I need to be careful on the 12th, though. That's the evening of our holiday party, so I need to make sure the house is clean before I go to the Nestie party, so all i have to do when I get home is cook.
And yeah, I'm pretty sure she's Austin. We had a pretty substantial I-35 discussion a couple weeks ago that would have been really eerie if she didn't live here, too!
