How and to whom can I report animal neglect?
There are some assholes who leave their dogs on their porch all day while they are at work. Normally I try to let it go cause they have water and their crate out there.
Well they are out there now in this weather and there is no excuse for it. The wind is blowing so hard and it is freaking cold out there. They put an f*ckn sheet (excuse my french) over their cage. Like a sheet is going to keep them warm!
I want to go over there and take them off the porch so bad.
Who can I contact about this because I am sick to my stomach right now after walking by them when I took the dog out.

Aw, Belle. That just breaks my heart. I have no clue who to call but I would probably go take the dog.
I know a girl who once stole a dog because he was being mistreated. I don't judge her.

I just texted MH and he said they should be ok that I can't go over there and take them. Grrr. Men. I think the beast would like some new friends!
I think that's an animal control issue. They will send out the animal cops to help them out.

Screw, Mr.Belle! Go take the dog. Just say you assumed no one was home because no one in their right mind would leave a dog outside when it's supposed to be cold enough to snow.
