Oops, talked dh into a WII!!!

I didn't even mean to! lol  DD and I were talking about how if we were able to get one, I would want it out in the main living room.  Dh has his 360 in the office, but when we get our stuff from Florida it will be in the other(empty) living room.  And robyn has his old Xbox in her room.  So apparently that made him feel bad, like I was being neglected because I didn't have my own system or something. lol  I guess he didn't really understand how it or the fit board worked so we were explaining it to him, and showing stuff online.  Now he wants to try to get it. lol  I didn't mean to talk him into it, but it looks like I did!  I keep telling him we can worry about that after Christmas.  We don't have much money right now as it is and we have that coming up.  He said, if it was for me, would you tell me to wait? lol  Of course I said well, no.  Because I'm always enabling him to get what he wants.   Sooo, looks like I may get my WII soon!!!  I'm still going to push for after Christmas, but at least now I see that it is something he wants to get.

  • I love my Wii!!  It's awesome!

  • LOL!  My grnadmas told the whole family she's buying us all WII's because we're fat and she's lost 12 lbs bowling with hers.  Haha - whatever the reason I'll take it if she's handing them out!
  • I love our Wii!  Everyone has so much fun with it!  As far as working out with it, I think that Wii Fit is just ok.  You can't set it up to just do a workout, you have to keep selecting your next exercise, so a 30 min workout can take up to 45 min, but they do work you out.  I like My Fitness Coach better.  Have fun!
  • Lol, I will have to keep this technique (or something similar) in mind for next year *insert evil laugh bwah-ha-ha-ha* b/c I've been dying to get one. Good for you (even if it was unintentional, lol)!!!
  • We bought a Wii last Christmas for the girls, and I love it!  We got the Wiifit for B's birthday and they use it every day.  DH just moved it up to the living room and has been playing guitar hero every night this week.  I like that it's not a sit down and play system, you have to move!
