how's everyone's xmas shopping going?
I feel so far behind. Everytime I think I'm almost getting there, I'm not but it'll all come together!
Re: how's everyone's xmas shopping going?
My shopping is going so slowly!
I have purchased a few gifts, but still have quite a bit left to do. The rest of my shopping I have made a list of every person still to buy for, and what I want to buy them to make shopping easier.
I'm hoping to get the majority of shopping done on Monday. I have the day off work and am hitting the mall with a friend of mine.

I'd say I'm 90% done. I just need stocking stuffers for D and my mom, and a gift for my dad. Of course, he's the hardest person in the world to buy for. He has everything he wants and if he wants it and doesn't have it, it's well ouf of my price range.
Now I just need to start wrapping, as we have our first Christmas gathering on the 13th!
We did this the year we spent Christmas in the Dominican Republic. It was the best Christmas we've ever had. All of the good parts - ie spending time with family and none of the stress.
I'd love to do it again.
I don't have anything done yet (except one small thing for Dave, and one stocking stuffer).
I need to get on this stuff!?
DH and I said we aren't doing gifts for each other....other than buying a new over the stovetop microwave. Yippee! All the gifts we have are for other relatives and friends.
He did mention one thing he wants though which I'm tempted to buy for him. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that. If my parents ask for a list, I might suggest it to them instead.
I've got one nephew, my mother and his mother done. I have to finish this weekend, because I need to ship a box to my sister in SK and another to my family in Calgary. Living in a different city then the rest of your family can make for an expensive Christmas!!
