Anyone have a Newmark home?
In 2005, we built with Newmark in Keller and since then, they have filed Chapter 11 and in the past year you wouldn't believe all of the problems we have had with this house! Tons of plumbing problems, badly cracked driveway, tile was not installed properly in masterbath- causing mold... I could go on and on.?
Wall Homes bought Newmark when they filed chapter 11 and when we called them, they said their warranty company is not responsible for problems w/ our home. Total B.S. right??
I was just wondering if anyone is going through or has gone through anything similar to this. Any help/ suggestions would be appreciated!
