Officially Moving to MA!

Well, it's official ... we're moving to Mass! DH just got a new position in Harvard, MA so we will be moving to the Leominster area (maybe Gardner) sometime in the early spring!!

I've been on this board a couple of times, and you ladies were all really positive about the area (and you seem to be a nice bunch ;)

I'd love to know more about the area if anyone lives near there. I think that my DH is liking the idea of Gardner, but we're open to other towns too. We have a son, so I'd love to find somewhere that is great for kids with good schools and lots to do. If you like your town, please let me know. 

Also, anything I need to know about living in Central Mass?

    Congrats on the big move!  Unfortunately I don't know anything about those areas but I'm sure some of the other ladies will be able to help you.  We are a nice bunch, if I do say so myself Wink 

    We're a relatively small group of ladies on the board right now but would love to have more people posting on a regular basis so please feel free to ask any questions as you prepare to move.  Good luck!

    My DH and I looked into living in Leominster but we settled in Hudson, MA. If you like wine tasting, I highly recommend Nashoba Valley Winery. There's also a great fair in Bolton every fall. Most of what I know is a little bit east of where you live, but it's a great place to check out. Lots of little farmers markets, too.

    Congrats on your husband's new job! I don't know anything about Gardner, but I can help you with towns around Harvard if you end up broadening your search.
