It's Monday
How was everyone's weekend? We had a lazy Saturday, just hanging around the house. Kevin watched a ton of football and I knit a scarf! Yesterday I had to work, but that was good for Kevin - it meant he could watch MORE football. Haha.?
I just got a call for an interview, Friday morning at 8:30 am. Fingers crossed!?

This weekend was fun...busy though. My cousin got married on sat, so it was so great seeing all my family that we dont get to see often. Sunday Dh went 4-wheeling with his buddies while I hung out with one of the wives who is also pregnant...we went and had lunch together!
I have like 2 more things to buy for Christmas then I am done!
Yay for an interview! That is exciting! G/L!
Bummer about having to stay behind for 4-wheeler riding. I LOVE riding! We have a 4wheeler- that we never ride- In fact I think we are going to sell it when we move. There is barely any place to ride it now and when we move back to my hometown there will really be no place to ride.
We had a good weekend. Saturday we went and looked at 5 houses- It turned out to be pretty disappointing. The one house that we really liked in pictures turned out to be a "dump"... The siding is rotten, and multiple other issues in side the house that would take a lot of money to fix, and more then likely we would have ot fix the siding before it would even pass an inspection, ugh.
The last house we looked at was SUPER cute, built in 1921. But it also needs siding repair. ugh. but H REALLY loves the house, he wants it. I'm just not sure about it.
Saturday night we watched the Florida/Alabama game- the Gators forgot to show up, gaw that was a horrid game!
Sunday H worked over at his grandmothers and i went running and did an workout video. I cleaned the house as well... then we went to a little get together at his cousins house.
Pretty good weekend.

We had a good weekend mostly as well. We got our tree, but we haven't decorated it yet, so I hope tonight we'll get that done. It's already dropping needles, so I don't think it was cut quite as freshly as it claimed. Next year, I think we need to cut our own. Or, I've even heard of people that get live trees in pots. I'd like to look into that too.
We put up our white icicle lights outside and more yard work. I'm definitely in a Christmas-ey mood lately! 2 more new heifer calves on Sunday, and we've starting putting coats on our calves 'cuz it's chilly. I'll have to post a pic; they are super cute!
I LOVE 4-wheeler riding! We are going on New Years day, but I was told its an easy ride with little bumps....yesterday was a very rough ride I was told.
I want to see baby cows in coats!!!! I can just imagine!
My daughter saw horses the other day with blankets on and was asking all worried about them being cold...it was cute. She kept asking if we needed a blanket for our dog.
It's been eventful around here - Saturday was my baby shower (amazing!) and today is my birthday :-)
I'm hoping that DH getrs home at a reasonable hour so that we can go out to dinner. If not, it will be Chinese take-out because I'm a firm believer that no one should have to cook on their birthday...LOL!

Oh Jen - Happy Birthday!!! Hope your day is great. You posting that reminds me that Dec 7th is also a special day to me and DH - it's the day we got engaged. 2 years ago already... how time flies.

That is too crazy. Both engaged on Dec 7th and both Feb 2009 brides:) Did you also get engaged in 2007, or was it before then? I should know this, but I just don't remember:)
