How to find a Pediatrician...
Hey Nesties! Anyone have any advice on finding a good pediatrician?
Who did you get YOUR pediatrician from?
Did you visit with one before settling on him/her?
I'm curious to hear people's stories.

ps- I'm on the South Shore if someone has a really good doc they recommend down here

I'm going to do what I can to get my old pediatrician for our baby. I saw her til I was 22 (I'm 25 now) and I believe she is taking patients.. yay!
Not on the South Shore though so I can't help you out there, sorry.
finding ours was a luckily apiece of cake. We had just moved into our house summer of '08. I was 30wks preg and we were talking to our new neighbors behind us. The wife is a pediatrc nurse so we decided to check out the doctors wher she worked. We met with one of them one night and ironically I ended up having my son the next day. MH and I waited a long time and didn;t meet with the doc until I was 39wks. Our Pedi is in Taunton.
What area are you looking for?
I'm hoping things go so easily...something just falls into our laps!
We live on the Rockland/Hingham/Weymouth line so I would consider docs as far north as Braintree and Quincy. That's where many of our doctors are anyway...
