We found a house and they accepted our offer!!!
We made an offer on a house Friday and they accepted it first thing this morning. We are totally stoked. But, we have a closing date of December 29th which freaks me out with it being right after Christmas.
Now we just need to get a lease signed on our townhouse asap so we're not paying two mortgages.

Yeah, we looked at 21 different houses last week. We knew exactly what area we wanted and went crazy with our realtor. We wanted to find something before January as the interest rates tend to go up after the holidays.
