Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I totally majored in the wrong thing in college.
My cousin's Facebook status is asking if anyone is going to drop Geography of Wine so she can get in the class.
WTF? That's a class??? Why oh why did I spend so many hours in chem labs when I could have been studying the geography of wine...

OMG. This is way better than anything in my degree program.
(Did you know that John Muir College at UCSD basically allows you to invent your own major? My parents both went to Muir. They could have majored in Wine. They'd have been set up with coursework in geography, biology, literature, history, mythology, chemistry, etc.)
You can set up a "presidential major" at UVA where you basically create your major as well. I believe it's intended for students who aspire to being the president one day.
My college also had a "create your own major" option.
I don't recall anyone doing something with wine though. I should have thought of that LOL!

Then again, we had some fun courses like Canoeing 101...
