Weekend was sooo lonely and boring. Although I did finish my tree up!
Yay!
This was our last weekend being by ourselves. Joe started the base today so hopefully without mandatory overtime we'll get to have weekends off together like normal folks.
Weekend was good.
Friday we went out to dinner and then got our tree! Its awesome.
Saturday - we got snow so we pretty much stayed in the house
Sunday - DH left for about 2 weeks so I'm all by myself now. I decorated the house after he left and just watched tv
My weekend sucked.
B was sick and we didn't leave the house at all. DH went hunting from 6am to 9pm on Saturday. On Sunday, he ran errnads for me and then helped me clean the house.
I am going to Target in a while to see civilization again.
My weekend was great! My sister came into town on Saturday to visit, and we went to see 'The Christmas Carol' play downtown. It was SO good.
Other than that, I ran a lot, wrapped a lot of presents, and studied a ton. :-)
Carrie - I'm in the same boat as you, Eric is gone for the next 2 weeks. I hope it goes by fast.
The weekend flew by too fast!!
Fri - picked up Eric and had a nice "Cuban" dinner out, and we did some drive-bys in the neighborhood to see everyone's Christmas decorations - to get some more ideas!!!
Sat - Bought more Christmas lights, changed the layout from the outside, and bought our tree. It's so pretty, it's our first Noble Fir tree. I love it! We decorated and went to his work holiday party.
Sun - Sis's 21st bday, made her some dutch baby pancakes per her request for her breakfast with maple bacon - sooooo good! My laptop died...we tried to revive it for the 1000th time, but it's official dead. It's time to buy a new one, we will buy one AFTER the Christmas sales. Took sis to Benihana's - where they cook in front of you - it was lots of fun! Dropped off Eric at the airport, I cried for 2 minutes. Girlfriend came over and we baked cookies till we were dead tired.
This week: Hosting Becky at my house, lots of gym time, catch up on some girly movies, and whatever else comes my way!
Lets see...my weekend was good. It just went by WAY to quickly!!
Friday night I had dinner at KOBE with DH, SIL & BIL, the nieces and MIL and then went to the bookstore.
Saturday, I was super lazy in the morning. Then went to try to buy my mom a Christmas present. Then, the highlight of my weekend...we went to a friend's house to watch football, and can I say:
ROLL TIDE!! It was so amazing watching my alma mater play an amazing game and win the SEC Championship. Hopefully we look as good in Pasadena.
Sunday, we got our tree and decorated. I should post some pictures as soon as we get the decorating mess cleaned up.
I got some Christmas shopping done, and rested with wine and Josh Groban's Christmas album by Christmass tree light. It was wonderful!
I hope these 2 weeks fly by for you too!
Friday night we went to dinner and went home and watched Rudolph
Saturday I worked at my friends consignment sale and then to a friends b-day party.
Sunday I took Tuck to get his 3 month/Christmas pics. He was not having it at all. I hope that we got some good pictures
Friday....a friend was suppose to come over so I pretty much got stood up and did nada!
Saturday I hit the gym for like 3 hrs, cleaned up some, had dinner with this guy I met at school and took him to my grandparents where we watched my cardinals get stomped! Oh, and I made a batch of trial buckeyes...I've had better and man those things are messy!!
Sunday I pretty much slept all day, I finally got going at about 5 and did some stuff...nothing crazy
My weekend flew by tooo fast.
Saturday I went shopping with a friend. Saturday night we went to Bubba Gumps in San Francisco for dinner. It was delish!
Sunday house hunting, signed up at the gym, dinner with the in laws, and then put in our offer on the house.
It was a busy and exciting weekend!
Oh I have a WONDERFUL trip planned to LA. I wish I was only going to spend time with Krystal.....I do have to see my lovely employees. At least at the end of the day I get to have a glass of wine with Krystal!

To be honest, Alabama is an incredible team. UT should be thanking their lucky stars that there was one second left in that ugly game on Saturday.
UT will definitely have their work cut out for them, but I can't wait for the game! The two Heisman candidates make it even more interesting!
my weekend was OK.
TJ came home late on friday night, so we had a late dinner together and caught up on the week.
saturday, did some work around the house and then went out to watch the UF game. my friends are really supersititious, so when they were losing we had to keep changing locations to watch it until we ended up at my friend's house for the 4th quarter and ordered pizza. to make ourselves feel better after the UF loss, we watched the Jersey shore on MTV. OMG, how rick-***-u-lous that show is!
sunday, church, then i went to my mom's house to get some old wedding pics of my grandparents wedding and even my great-grandparents wedding for the wall in our house where we have family photos, ran some errands, then home to do some work, while TJ had some friends over to watch the football games.
TJ leaves tomorrow for chicago
but we got our christmas tree tonight! will probably wait to decorate until he gets back on friday, though.
