Have you ever done an online order with Old Navy/Gap?

I did an order on Black Friday.  My account says "in process."  Nothing else, not backordered, not out of stock, nothing.  Are they that busy that they haven't even touched my order?  Are they just like this?  I'm starting to wonder if I'm being pushed to the bottom of the list b/c I did free shipping.  Grr!  I emailed them so we'll see.

  • If I remember correctly I received my latest order and it still said "in process"online.

  • I ordered from them online a couple of weeks ago. Don't remember any problems like that, but I also don't remember how long it took to process. Maybe they're just backed up?
  • I sent an email to customer service.  I could call but I really don't want to sit on the phone.  I'll call if I don't get a message in a few days.  I ordered two winter coats and I want them now that the temp has dropped!

  • Did you get the free shipping?  I saw something when I placed my order that said 10 business days before shipping, or something to that effect. My email from them says 7 business days.  Every time I get free shipping from ON, I can bet that it will be over two weeks before I see it.  I placed an order on BF, and mine still says in process too.  Irritating!

  • I order from Old Navy ALL the time! I have never had an issue and I normally receive my order pretty quickly, like within a week or so. I have done free shipping in the past and never had a delay. I am going to bet that the reason it's being held up a bit is because they probably received a ton of orders on BF and they are just behind. I wouldn't worry about it.

  • Hmmm, this isn't quite the same as my account info.  So I could get it anytime between now and nest Friday I guess.  Supposedly they've mailed/shipped my package.

  • I did the same thing! I ordered mine late on BF and mine still says in process. I am hoping it does not take to long. I want to wear the few things i ordered! I will have to place another order after the holidays since i wear talls and they were out of every style that i likes in less it was a size 2 or 4.
  • I just checked and my items are shipped and i should get them tomorrow!
