Lore can be very OCD sometimes. So of course after her DH brought up the possibility of using cloth diapers, she has been obsessed with the topic, to the point where she dreamt with cloth diapers.... and her DH is like "whatever, just think about it and let me know". sigh...
Also, Lore hates talking on the phone with strangers. But apparently it's her turn, and she gets to call pediatricians today... le sigh...
Good? Lore is really enjoying the rainy days, despite the muddy house.
Good: Lorelai's awake-the sun is out...
Not so good: Lorelai's searching for work to do at work... and see post above this one about DH and waking Lorelai up... ugh!
Good - Lauren gets to buy a new car this afternoon!
Not so good - Lauren doesn't have any motivation AT ALL to do work today.
Good - Sheri and her DH actually had a really good conversation last night. It was fantastic! She is very happy with the way it worked out.
Bad - Sheri found out last night that her DH could possibly be coming down with Swine Flu. Her DH told her that there have been guys at his work who's kids or other family members have had it, then in turn they caught it and still went to work! This did not make Sheri happy that her DH works with complete morons like that. She did originally know of 1 guy at DH's work who's daughter had it but was last told the coworker did not have it. But did not know of "like 5 or 6 guys" who have had it. She told her DH to just make sure he kept washing his hands and did not share anything with said coworker. Her DH said he started to not feel well last night and had a fever all day and is now home sick today. Sheri is thinking it's probably just a regular cold or virus, it's always good to think positive (not that being sick is good either way).

Lauren is glad Sheri and DH had a good convo yesterday! Lauren hopes things are looking up for Sheri! (Lauren's sorry she missed Sheri's post yesterday.)
Lauren hopes Sheri's DH doesn't have swine flu--sending lots of get healthy vibes his way!
Lore is glad Sheri had a good talk with DH. Lore hopes things work out.

Lorelai also very glad Sheri and DH had a chat--makes things better... Lorelai hoping for a good chat this eve. Who knows? Maybe she's in the wrong here, but Lorelai doesn't think so...
Good - Rachel always likes the first snow so she is enjoying it right now. Rachel will surely be sick of the snow by the end of December.
Bad - Rachel has started to realize that finding a part time job probably won't happen because social workers get paid so crappily. (Rachel made up that word). Rachel wishes she had been smart and gone to PT school after college as she thought about it but got too lazy.
Rachel hopes Sheri's DH doesn't have swine flu!
Wendi can't think of anything good - well, the kids don't have school because of the snow, THEY think that is good.
Wendi went to the ER last night for a panic attack/breakdown at her new job. Wendi is mortified that she couldn't hold it together and is dreading the thought of going back. Wendi has a follow up appointment today at her PCP so that will get her out of work at least for the morning.
Oh my gosh, Wendi!!! Lauren hopes everything's ok! ::HUGS::
good - Kristy is getting a tree today!! She got to drive DH's sweet suv to school cause they are cheaper in Kutztown
Kristy is jealous of Lauren's new car, she needs a new one too.
bad - Kristy's DH made a huge mess in the kitchen making dinner last night. He dropped a steak on his crotch while standing (LOL?!) but also managed to get steak 'juices' all over the stovetop. Kristy wishes he would have cleaned it the eff up last night before going to bed!! She is NOT cleaning it today, he can clean it when he gets home!
Lorelai-very sorry to hear about Wendi and the ER... T&P to her!
and to Sheri's DH with the Piggy Flu-let's hope he doesn't have it!!!

Hudysgirl had a nice quiet evening yesterday and got to watch her shows she usually spends all week trying to catch up on.
Hudysgirl's H is sick again.
Hudysgirl has now read everyone's posts and is ready to reply.
She is happy for Sheri and Lauren for a good talk and a new car. She is also worried about Sheri's H and Wendi. She hopes there is no Swine flu is his future and that Wendi is ok.
Danielle is also happy for Sheri and Lauren, so exciting on the new car!!!
Danielle is frustrated that she is trying to get another part time job at US Airways arena, but the person hiring for the job is out for the week. She is happy that she found that out since she has been leaving so many messages, but frustrated because she really wants to talk to her!
Nothing really good has happened in the past 24 hours, but Danielle is excited for her ultrasound today. She can't wait to see the baby again and make sure she is still a girl!
Sierra hopes everyone feeling down and out will be all better really soon!!
Sierra's good is that she got to snooze all the way to work while her DH drove. And now she is smelling wonderful coffee in the making that will warm her up.
Sierra's bad is that the coffee that is going to warm her up will probably give her a tummy ache. Sierra's tummy is also growling ready for lunch.
Another good is that between work Sierra is addressing Christmas Cards to her Novembies!!!
The good: Jenny had a nice, relaxing, snuggly evening with N last night.
The bad: Jenny is ready to go postal on her incompetent employees. They are making her life at work miserable. It doesn't help that Jenny's hormones are raging.
Looking forward to: Jenny is super glad that she has the day off tomorrow to go to all of her annual appointments (teeth, gyno, etc) and get her hair cut! She needs the break, and at this point would rather be at the gyno than at work. Sadly, Jenny might have to reschedule that appt, since AF is trying her best to show at just the wrong time.
Kirstin says good morning! Kirstin took a vacation day yesterday and probably worked harder at home then if she would have come into work.
Kirstin and her DH bought a carpet cleaner over the weekend, so Kirstin spent ALL DAY cleaning the carpets, they were so gross, but now super clean and fresh!
Also Kirstin took the pup in yesterday to get neutered. He is doing ok but very sore and drugged up, he had to have a little more invasive surgery since his other nut hadnt dropped. poor pup.
Kirstin saw that a lot of you are getting her card! She is very happy that you all enjoyed it!
