4 great things about this week
1) It's my last week of work. I was upset be leaving so early (I had too many vacation days) but since the onset of pregnancy induced carpal tunnel last week, I'm VERY happy not to be attached to a laptop all day.
2) The nursery is coming along. Paint, new doors, new trim, closet organizer, dresser and crib all done. Now for the finishing touches 
3) My work holiday lunch is on Thursday and it will be so nice to see some of my colleauges and friends I haven't seen since August.
4) In exactly 4 weeks, I will be holding my baby boy.
Anyone else have a great week in store?

we are going to get p's photo with santa done this week and finish xmas shopping.
And you know the 4 weeks will go by fast since it is the holidays!!!!
We have a Christmas party on Saturday that we are really looking forward to. Kids are welcome too (infact the first part is for the kids). We are really looking forward to it!
Amy, those are all wonderful things -- especially #4! Sorry to hear about the carpal tunnel; I know how that feels (well, I had/have de quervain's, but whatever).
There's nothing special going on in my world this week. I desperately need to do some Christmas shopping but I'm SO not in the mood. I took my cousin out to Vaughan Mills Mall today and bought no presents, just a few things for Andrew. Sigh.
That is awesome you have many things to be happy about
I am going to try to look on the bright side of things today,
1) I'm working 2nd shift so I'm very happy I won't be driving during rush hour in the year's first big snow storm!
2) I did Christmas baking with my friend today YUM YUM YUM
3) I am very busy at work today which has made the evening actually go by pretty quickly (I am working 3:30pm - 1:30am this week)
4) We are having a Christmas get together at our house next weekend with DH's sister's family and my brother
that sounds like a great week, Amy!
for me:
1. my parents are gone all week... no boss around (alhtough he's always chill), & no mom to drive us crazy.
2. the part of the week which included my MIL staying at our house ended on Monday afternoon... the week can only get better
3. having a sleep over with Noah at grandma's house which includes popcorm, the jungle book movie... and no grandma (sorry, I have had it up to here with grandma's lately)
4. spending quality time with the boys and Tim outside in the snow.

My happy news for the week...
And I have the day off today!
I'm having a Glee finale party tonight ( missed it last week). I'm sad it's off until April, but plan on sending it out in style!
I found DH's impossible to find Xmas present.
it's snowing in my neighbour hood, it's finally making things look Christmasy around here!
