The power of on-line friends....
I also belong to a Moms of Multiples message board that has literally been a life saver to me.... I have become friends with so many women from that board. I have been having a really hard time with Jack and Bella and one of the ladies bought me a Kate Spade clutch!! (she promises that she spent very little on it). I was so touched and it really got me thinking about the wonder of the internet. I have made friends from this board too and I so look forward to when we have gtgs (and they are not canceled

How thoughtful of your friend to do that for you when she knew you were having a tough time. I bet it really lifted your spirits!
I will forever be grateful for the Knot and Nest. I have met some wonderful ladies through these message boards, some of which are now my closest, dearest friends. The internet certainly is a powerful tool, life changing!

I couldn't agree more. I have made some amazing friendships from the Knot and have started developing some great ones on the the Nest. While my then FI, now H was deployed, I found some wonderful women who were so supportive, more so than those IRL. Oh and I kind of hate saying that because this is real to me-real women, real life, real friends.
Oh, and how nice of your friend to think of you!
