What bowl games will everybody be watching?
On New Years I'll be flipping back and forth between the Outback Bowl to see how Auburn does against Northwestern, and the Gator Bowl because DH's team the WV Mountaineers are in that one. I will probably also watch the Sugar Bowl to see how Florida does against Cinncy.
And obviously, I'll most definitely watching the BCS Bowl on 1/7 to cheer on my Crimson Tide to a (hopeful) National Title!
Guess I should stock up on beer and Doritos now!
Anybody else?
Re: What bowl games will everybody be watching?
If I don't get to go to the Cotton Bowl [should hear about tix later this week], I'll be having a watch party for that game. H is a huge Texas fan, so I'll be watching the BCS championship, too. And, he's in the Air Force, so he wants to watch the Armed Forces Bowl, too. Houston's playing in it - and I have mad respect for them - so I wanna watch that bowl, too.
I tend to watch all the bowl games that the Big 12 is in...and I'm super interested to watch the Fiesta Bowl. Boise State vs. TCU should be a good game.
We will pretty much watch all of the bowl games. We'll be at the Outback Bowl to cheer on Auburn and we'll definitely watch the Orange Bowl b/c DH is a huge Iowa fan (go Jackets!).
And, of course, the National Championship game to cheer Texas on! Hook 'em horns!
TI, IUIs, IVF = c/ps and BFNs
We will be in Colorado when Texas plays for the Championship, DH will stay at the condo we are staying at and watch, I will be cheering them on from the concerts
We will watch the Independence Bowl for TAMU the Texas Bowl since it is in Houston, Capital One Bowl for LSU, and we might miss the Tostitos Bowl since we will be getting into Colorado that day
My Bio
I try to watch all of them... i'm a college football whore.
I will mainly be interested in the Fiesta and Sugar, though. I will watch the Rose (although I think it's not even going to be close) and the National Championship game (even though I'm going to be bitter about the whole thing... *sigh*)
Definitely watching the Orange Bowl, though I don't know where/with whom, DH has to be a director that night (Boo). Other than that...I'm in the any and all camp. I will try most to watch all the Big 10 games. Definitely Insight Bowl to see if I see my little brother in the stands cheering on the Cyclones. All the BCS games...I love me some football!
I'm a Big East supporter, so I will be watching Sugar, Gator, Meineke, and St. Petes to see how Cincy, WVA, Pitt and Rutgers perform (dont care about USF and UConn)
and the BCS bowl of course.
Everything else will be by ear.
Cheer super loud for me too!!!!
