Cooks/Foodies, come in!!

I suddenly got in the mood to make some turkey meatloaf. Have any good recipes? I'm looking for yummy, possibly healthy, and *simple*! We don't have a big kitchen or good counter space, so it gets frustrating when we have to chop this, chop that and we run out of room. Tongue Tied

Thanks!!

  • this one sounds intriguing and doesn't require a ton of chopping:

  • Awesome! ?Just get creative. ?I usually mix 2 eggs (whipped) with about 1.5 cups of italian breadcrumbs,?dehydrated?onions, crushed garlic, parm cheese, salt, pepper,?rosemary,?oregano?and any other spices that you like. You can also throw in a little chicken or?vegetable?broth for moisture if it is too dry and more breadcrumbs if it is too wet. Then put it in a?casserole?dish or brownie pan. ?I usually cook it for about 30-40 mins at 350. ?Sometimes I melt some shredded cheese on top or top it off with a little of your favorite tomato sauce. ?If you want to go veg, you can buy quorn brand meat crumbles. ?I have served it to non?vegetarians?and they had no idea it?wasn't?meat. Enjoy!
