My right foot/ankle is threatening me. Exactly what it's treatening, I'm not sure, but I don't want to find out. It's hurting pretty bad and it's been wrapped up since Sunday night.
I took yesterday and today off my workouts and will start up again tomorrow (hopefully...if I can't run, that just means the bike gets out...FINALLY!). Otherwise, I'm ok. A little sore, but okay.

Hey, Duff's right foot. STOP threatening. That is not very friendly or nice!
Is the ankle maybe wrapped too tight? I have horrible ankles from old injuries and sometimes I wrap them too tight. Or maybe it just needs a good stretch. I think those feet deserve a nice long massage!
