omg i don't know how to deal with this
my friends mom died last night. She had cancer and didn't tell anyone. All my friend knew was that she wasn't feeling that well. They took her to the hospital yesterday and she died last night. I hate this snow. If it weren't for this snow I would be with her right now. This is so sad!

I'm so sorry. I know how hard that can be; my cousin had AIDS and died three years ago this Christmas, and he didn't tell anyone either.
Where is your friend now? Is she with family, at least?

Wow. That's tragic and shocking for your friend.
I'm sure her mother had the best of intentions, but probably didn't realize how much more tragic it would be for her death to be a complete surprise to her daughter.
I hope the snow lets up soon so you can be with her.
Supposedly it was supposed to be 20 cm. They have changed that to close to 35 or 40 over the next 48 hours.
