for a fenced in backyard in the winter.
for no more 3 hour commutes to work in the winter.

I wish I could say the same for any of those things, lol!
I'm thankful for my two hour commutes on snowy days. It forces me to relax and enjoy my downtime and it also gives me a chance to catch up on emails or take a nap.
I'm also thankful that I can sit by the fire and watch someone else clear my driveway. I am never giving up townhome living!
I don't know what snow days are. Pretty sure it's been a good 15 years since I've experienced one. Enjoy yours!

I'm not thankful for my snow day today, because we didn't get one.
I guess we did only get about 6 inches of snow, which isn't much, but the roads were horrrible on my way into work this morning! I hope they're better on my way home!
But I am thankful for DH taking a half day today at work to go get new tires on his car. I've been sooo worried about him driving in the snow because his tires are so bad. I'm happy he finally took time off to go get new ones.
I'm thankful for NO snow days...I'm a wimp with the cold. I don't know how to handle it. Honestly, I think us SoCal people wouldn't know what to do if we had 0 degrees weather. It would be a shock to my system.
I'm thankful that the snow that you all got is just rain here and that even that is gone for now :-)

me too!! It was so windy here though my power went out at work. I am thankful for my health and this new guy that has come into my life!
