Crappola....

The car broke down yesterday. There's a chance it's something simple related to the computer sensors that would only cost a couple hundred bucks, but there's a chance it's the transmision, and that's not worth fixing.

Obviously DH is thinking of the worst case scenario: having the get another car, paying two car loans with a car that's junk in the garage, cancelling TV and phone, not taking as much time off when Lovebug is born... sigh...

I know T&P for a car is kinda lame, but please send some good vibes our way. I really hope we can figure this out as best possible.

Uuuuuuuuugh that sucks! Cars are lame, thats why I couldnt go to Vegas, I had a ll the money saved up and then my car died and I had to buy a new one

I dont know if you have a Sun Devil up there or not, but they will usually let you break it down into 3 payments which helped me a couple times with the old car!

Thoughts and prayers for a car are not lame! I think that everyone has been there and we all understand how stressful that can be. DH's transmission has been slipping, we took it in once, they said that it was leaking so they fixed the leak, but it started doing it again. He has a 1999 Explorer, so I understand what you mean about it not being worth it to fix! I really do hope that it is a small quick fix!!!
