Toy Question for the moms
I'm hoping some of you ladies might know the name of what I'm looking for. I saw this in an ad and on a commercial but can't remember the name. It is for my 3&1/2 year old nephew for Christmas.
The best I can describe them is this..building blocks with connectors. Kinda like 'tinker toys' but more bulky for little kids. I thought the name started with 'tri' but I searched on the Toys R Us website and can find what I'm looking for.
I know it's a shot in the dark, but if anyone knows the name or has any suggestions, that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Toy Question for the moms
It wasn't Crazy Fort was it?
I just saw these in a magazine and though they looked awesome! I totally want to get some for my nieces.
Fisher Price Trio!!
At least, that's what I'm thinking of
You ladies are so great!
Annabelle! I think it is Fisher Price Trio. I saw it on the Toys R Us website but it showed a different picture (made into a robot) so I didn't think that was it. Thank you SO much for your help. The link has been added to my favourites.
I think Crazy Forts looks awesome, too, BTW.
glad to be of assistance
Yeah, it looks like they have a number of different "Trio" products- some look a lot more tinkertoy-like than others. I was confused at first too because I Googled it after I remembered the name to make sure they matched your description and some of the pictures didn't look like what either of us remembered at all.
I'm so excited, DS is getting a Crazy Fort set from his grandparents for Christmas. If anyone is interested in them, they are on sale at Walmart for $35 right now, at least in our area. On sale at TRU too I think.
