Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Here's a tutorial I posted on D&R just yesterday, I think.
If you're using IE it's even easier than described in that link. You just go to the pic wherever it's hosted online, right click and select Copy, come back to the Nest, right click and select paste, and voila!
Yep, this totally works too if it's your own pic you want to post. If the pic is already on a website somewhere though just do the C&P thing.
