XP: Finger Lakes doctor recs
It looks like we'll be moving to Geneva sometime in the beginning of
2010. We're going to need some new doctors, so I'm starting the
research process.
We're going to need a new pediatrician, OB/GYN,
and a regular ol' doctor for me and DH. Any recommendations in the
Geneva/Canandaigua area?
Re: XP: Finger Lakes doctor recs
We go to Dr. Smith at Finger Lakes Family Care in Canandaigua. I've never actually met him, as I just needed a physical and saw the nurse practitioner. I really liked the office and staff I did meet though!
OB - I saw the midwife at Finger Lakes Women's Health and LOVED her. They have offices in Pittsford and Clifton Springs.
I'm no help with a ped, but if you need a dentist, we go to Jan Bublik/Mead Square Smiles in Victor. It was the only one close that was covered under our insurance, and I was nervous about that, but I think they're great.
Clomid + Met = BFP#1 12/27/10, missed MC discovered 2/9/11, d&c 2/11/11, 10w3d
Natural cycle (just Met) = BFP#2 6/3/11, Baby A arrived 2/16/12

I'm leaning towards Dr. Ellington with the Finger Lakes Medical Associates for a ped.
I go to Dr Cantwell in Canandaigua and LOVE her for my OB/GYN.
And I love Dr. Alan Chu with Finger Lakes Health, which is the new medical group through the hospital. If they have a ped by the time I need one I'll likely switch there.
