Car update
It's the transmision. It would cost two grand to fix, it's a Subaru with140,000 miles on it, and we still owe over 5 grand on it... Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap!
We don't know what we'll do. Timing sucks, we can't be without a car weeks away from having a baby, plus we still have tons of things to get for Lovebug...
Sigh... just wanted to update you, sorry this turned into more of a vent...
Re: Car update
I'm sorry, hon. Transmissions suck, we replaced ours in February, right after we bought the stupid car. $2K is a good deal (I know it's a lot of money, but still) we paid $3500 to fix ours.
If you decide to get it fixed, make sure they warranty their work. I haven't had ANY problems with the transmission since they fixed it, and we have run that car all over.
