As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

job update
So i applied for that job and had my second interview on monday with my potential new manager. we get along great and i'm really excited. So i got a call today and they are scheudling my third intevriew and presentation for the 21st. I was told the presentation is the final part of the process, so i am def excited that i might be the finalist person.
I kinda thought that i would get to the final round since i have worked with the potential new manager before and she was extremely positive in my intevriew. Now i'm just nervous for the presentation, since it's with my peers. BUt i am really excited and glad i took this step!

Even if you're nervous, just act and sound like you know what you're doing and stand by your words...that's what I do and it's worked so far! Shhh, don't tell anyone!
